Bei \u00e4lteren Kindern geht es darum, dass Rucks\u00e4cke, Hausaufgaben und Sportzeug gepackt und bereit sind. Diese Routine hilft uns, morgens viel Zeit zu sparen und gibt uns Sicherheit, aber vor allem hilft sie uns, beim Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck gemeinsam am Tisch zu sitzen, was uns sehr wichtig ist. Keine Bildschirmzeit, nur ein guter Start in einen guten Tag.<\/p>\n
