Let me start by saying this: I\u2019ve been there, three<\/em> times! I breastfed and expressed milk at work for each of my children (sometimes also during work trips) until they were 2 years old. It wasn\u2019t always easy, but with a little preparation, some mom-to-mom tips, and the right tools, it is<\/em> possible.<\/p>\n

Try to pump around the same times you would normally feed your baby. This helps your body maintain milk production. If you can, block those times in your calendar, it\u2019s a small boundary that makes a big difference.<\/p>\n

Talk openly with your employer and check the regulations for your sector or country. Depending on where you live or the type of job you have, there are often specific rights that allow breaks for breastfeeding or pumping.
